TOUCH AND FEED FARM WALKS INCLUDING PONY RIDE
MONDAY TO SATURDAYS BY APPOINTMENT
Our Farm Walks include pony rides, and takes approx one hour. This can take longer if there is more than one family.
This fun and exciting walk commences at our arena where we head off down the hill to feed and handle sheep, goats and ducks.
We then walk further to feed the donkeys, passing by beautiful Maine Anjou pedigree beef stock.
We return via the horse paddock, catch and halter a pony and bring her with you back to our arena.
There you groom your horse, pony or donkey and saddle her up for a ride.
PRICE: $25 minimum charge if only one person books. Otherwise: $10 Adults and children whether riding or not. Children under 2 years are free.
DON'T FORGET THE NEW "DAY ON THE FARM" PROGRAMME
Children get a chance to see what is involved in running the farm - have a go at grooming, lungeing the horses, feeding all the animals, cleaning the yards, moving animals from paddock to paddock and have the afternoon riding all the equines. Click here for more info.
